Remember Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater? That CD-ROM game you pulled out of your Nutri-Grain cereal box? Well, dust off the Globe shoes and get ready to relive the memories next month.
Brunswick burger joint The B.East will be celebrating the fully sick game by hosting a live rendition of the Pro Skater and Pro Skater 2 soundtracks. The venue is going all out for this one, bringing in a live band and horn section to get the bangers just right. If you’re itching to get your hands on a game controller, there’ll also be a Pro Skater Playstation tournament with prizes.
The best part? It’s absolutely free. Just to get you in a nostalgic mood, here’s a reminder of how awesome the soundtrack was (and how terrible graphics were 20 years ago). It was a simpler time.
