There are plenty of reasons to feel old and Brisbane rockers Regurgitator’s 25th birthday is definitely one of them. To celebrate the milestone, the electro-rockers have announced they’ll be hitting the road on a mammoth Australian tour next month.
The Quarter Pounder tour hits just shy of 20 shows across the country, with special guests Shonen Knife and The Fauves along for the ride. The crew are also locked in to appear at Lost Lands and Caloundra music festivals.
Not only are Regurgitator set to bang out some classic tunes from across their quarter century-long career on stage next month, they’ll be looking back on their discography with the release of a new compilation album, Quarter Pounder — 25 Years of Being Consumed, due for release at the beginning of October. The anniversary LP will come as a 13-track silver vinyl and 19-track CD and digital album that’s bound to have you feeling nostalgic.
