Laneway Festival has released its 2020 lineup and, much like the season it’s held in, it’s looking like a scorcher. International acts lead the charge this year, with a huge slate of local musicians rounding out the lineup.
Headlining next year’s February event will be UK rockers The 1975. Their addition to the Laneway bill comes days before they’re set to touch down for an Australian tour. In what will be their only shows Down Under, British pop icon Charli XCX and US rapper Earl Sweatshirt will also be heading to laneways across the country.
Repping the home team will be King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, DMA’s, Tones and I, The Chats, Pist Idiots, Stella Donnelly and many more stellar acts. Tickets will be snapped up next week, so start stocking up on sunscreen and let’s do this.
