Irish duo The Lost Backpackers to hit The Drunken Poet

Now based in Perth, The Lost Backpackers are an Irish duo made up of Aisling O’Connell on the tin-whistle, fiddle and vocals and Dave Hegarty playing a combo of guitar, bodhran, percussion and vocals.

Staying true to their name, the duo will spend August on the road as they take their mix of traditional Irish music, bluegrass, folk and rock down the east coast. Making their way south, The Lost Backpackers will perform at The Drunken Poet next week.

Pull up a stool, slurp down a few pints of Guinness and soak it all in – it’d be rude not to.
