The band has been hard at work since their last visit to Australia in 2006, releasing Fragile Future in mid-2008 and their 4th studio album Skeletons in 2010. Hope is the second in a 3-set of EPs the band is releasing on their own record label Cardboard Empire.
Hawthorne Heights have overcome huge obstacles over the past few years, with the sudden death of band member Casey Calvert and legal battles with their label Victory Records, but they say this has inspired their best releases yet.
Joining Hawthorne Heights are Sydney’s Sienna Skies, who have shared stages with Underoath, Asking Alexandria and Under Attack.
