Relive your ’90s rock fantasies at Queen Victoria Market.
Beloved Australian singer-songwriter, Killing Heidi frontwoman and Eurovision finalist Ella Hooper will stop into Queen Victoria Market next week to cap off the Summer Night Market season.
Relive your ’90s rock fantasies when Hooper brings her hits to the Summer Night Market, including ‘Monkey Mind’, ‘Data Dust’ and ‘Wild Stallionz’. Plus, rumour has it she’s got some surprises up her sleeve.
As well as a tasty offering of tunes, there will be plenty of street food and cocktails to keep you fed and quenched. From traditional African BBQ beef to Jamaican jerk chicken and gelato-stuffed brioche doughnuts, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to dinner and dessert.
As for washing it down, there’ll be a gin bar serving gin cocktails from Melbourne Gin Company or traditional lemonade, Mörk drinking chocolate and fresh juice for any teetotallers.
As always, there will also be a huge assortment of stalls bursting with locally-made wares, jewellery, art and much more.
It will be a whole year before the Summer Night Market returns, and with a special appearance from Ella Hooper, there’s really no excuse for missing out on this night of food, drink, shopping and entertainment.
It’s happening at Queen Victoria Market on Wednesday March 11. For more details, head to the Queen Victoria Market website.
