Applications are now open for the Cultivate women’s leadership program

Women to the front.

Music Victoria has opened applications for the second instalment of Cultivate, the program designed to support women in the music industry.

The program connects participants with CEOs and industry leaders for one-on-one mentoring, in addition to masterclasses and specialised training. Mentors are chosen specifically to cater to the needs of the participant, so you can be sure you’ll be getting the best out of the sessions.

Cultivate is looking for women who are on their way to holding leadership or decision-making roles within Victoria’s contemporary music sector to apply. For reference, previous participants include staff from Bad Apples Music, The Push, Barely Dressed Records and Corner Group. You’ve got a month to get your application in for next year’s program, but better to send it in sooner rather than later.

Applications for Music Victoria’s Cultivate program close at 5pm on Friday October 18. For more info, head to Music Victoria’s website.
