They established their reputation in Preston, and now Cedar’s has opened a new store in Watergardens.
Since 1998, Cedar Bakery has offered an authentic Lebanese dining experience with a modern twist. A secret dough recipe ensures the delicious bakery pies, pizzas and manoushehs are second to none and the specialty coffee experience is exceptional. Not only is Cedar’s a place to dine in, it is also a destination for continental groceries, Middle Eastern deli goods, and freshly prepared meals “to go”.

A passion for quality food is coupled with a focus on the environment, and Cedar’s is constantly working towards reducing waste and single use plastics. As such, Cedar’s predominantly uses paper-based containers and bags, and also encourages people to bring their own containers for takeaway goods.
They also encourage the use of keep cups and sell their own to ensure that the coffee side of their business is sustainably minded. These are just some of the measures Cedar’s has put in place to ensure they are operating sustainably.
Having established their reputation in Preston, Cedar Bakery has now opened a new store at the Watergardens Shopping Centre in Taylors Lakes. This sees them continue the Cedar journey in a new place, reaching a new community of Cedar’s enthusiasts. The third store is also now open and is a new concept store, ‘Cedar Coffee’, situated in Keilor Central and focuses primarily on coffee and streamlined bakery food.
Twenty-two years on and Cedar Bakery is a Melbourne institution, continually evolving their unique bakery and café experience. We cannot wait to see what comes next!
