CLOSED: Win a double pass to MSO’s live presentation of ‘2001: A Space Odyssey’

Stanley Kubrick’s sci-fi masterpiece, 2001: A Space Odyssey is getting the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra treatment on Saturday January 25.

Released in the late ’60s, Space Odyssey has been recognised by the US Library of Congress and the National Film Registry. The classic film will be celebrated with full orchestral backing and a performance by the MSO Chorus.

Well-known for its classical concert soundtrack, featuring memorable compositions like Richard Strauss’ ‘Also sprach Zarathustra’ and Johann Strauss’ ‘On the Beautiful Blue Danube’, this special screening is set to be epic.

To celebrate this live experience, we’re giving five lucky Beat readers the chance to win a double pass to the show. To be in the running, simply enter your details in the form below.

Competition closes Thursday January 23. By entering, you agree to receive marketing collateral from Beat and competition partners. For more info, check out our privacy policy.
