Five-piece Sydney outfit Bin Juice have ended their 18-month dry spell with a fresh single, ‘Evergreen’.

After making their mark on the Sydney scene and beyond with their 2017 debut Watermellon and premiering their single ‘Swish’ at BIGSOUND the following year, Bin Juice have been a little quiet in terms of new music. As it turns out, they’ve been hard at work behind the scenes.

With a new album slated for release this year, the quintet have given a glimpse of what’s to come with ‘Evergreen’.

Washes of percussion, sultry horns and drawling vocals speak to the band’s influences, which include King Krule and BADBADNOTGOOD, while simultaneously showcasing Bin Juice’s distinctive sound.

Not definable by genre, their music is driven by improvisation and contemporary sounds sourced from around the globe.

The single is paired with a seriously impressive stop motion animated film clip, created by Canadian-based production house Husky Films.
