The Wine and Cheese Fest returns for another scrumptious year

More wine and cheese than you could ever imagine.

The mouthwatering Wine and Cheese Fest is making its return to Williamstown this year as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.

This year’s program comes jam-packed with more than 50 fine wine, cheese and artisan food vendors ready to broaden your culinary horizons. Alongside wine and cheese, a huge range of cured meats, pastries and desserts will be on offer. If you’re more there for the cheese than the wine, never fear; craft beers, ciders and other drinks are also up for grabs if you need to quench your thirst.

A number of masterclasses will be hosted by winemakers and other industry aficionados, focusing on prosecco, cab sav and making the perfect mozzarella. If you’re looking to get some first-hand experience in how wine comes together, the annual Grape Stomp Comp is the best way to do it. The mission is simple: get into a large bucket and stomp as many grapes into juice as you possibly can. The winner gets some pretty sweet prizes which will definitely make up for the mess.
