The Smith Street Band announce Australian tour

After taking a brief three-month hiatus to build their own remote studio in regional Victoria, it seems The Smith Street Band have itchy feet, today announcing an Australian tour set to kick off next year.

Since dropping their most recent album More Scared of You Than You Are of Me in 2017, the Melbourne six-piece have officially welcomed members Jess Locke, Lucy William and Matthew Bodiam before completing a whopping 35-date tour around the country. Despite keeping somewhat quiet, it appears 2019 will be another mammoth year for the homegrown outfit.

The band’s I Still Dream About You tour kicks off in March 2019 and will see them visit Melbourne, Hobart, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth. If that’s not enough to get you hyped for the new year, The Smith Street Band have also promised to release new music in 2019, with plans to record their fifth album in their new studio. What more could you want?
