Celebrating the release of their prolific new album.

Brooding US rockers The National have revealed they’ll be returning to Australia in 2020, following the release of their recent record. The National will be performing three nights in Melbourne, two in Sydney and one night in Brisbane in March and April.

The band’s latest album, I Am Easy To Find, was unveiled in May this year, in addition to a complementary film directed by Mike Mills. The last time the five-piece stopped by Australia, it was following the release of Sleep Well Beast and tickets were quick to sell out.

They’ll be joined by LA singer-songwriter Phoebe Bridgers. It hasn’t been too long since Bridgers made her way to Australia, having toured here earlier this year. But in the last 12 months, Bridgers has collaborated with a fair few musical greats, including Julien Baker, Lucy Dacus and Conor Oberst.
