Their most recent record dropped earlier this year.
US alt-rockers The Lemonheads have announced their long-awaited return to Australia this December.
The band’s national tour will see them head to Freo, Adelaide, Sydney, Brissy and Melbourne, in addition to a slot at this year’s Fairgrounds Festival. The Lemonheads have a long-standing relationship with Australia, and the title of their 1992 record, It’s A Shame About Ray, was loosely inspired by frontman Evan Dando’s time Down Under.
The Lemonheads’ tenth studio album, Varshons 2, was released back in February and features covers of classic hits from Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Eagles, Paul Westerberg and more.
