Get your game on at Australia’s first esports entertainment venue.

Fortress is Emporium’s newest gamer hotspot, set to open its doors on Friday March 13. The esports centre covers 2,700 square metres across two levels, making it the biggest esports venue in the Southern Hemisphere.

They’ll be celebrating their Friday launch with gamer and TV host Stephanie ‘Hex’ Bendixsen, handing out $30 Fortress vouchers to the first 100 people through the door. There’ll also be 20 per cent off merch all day.

The gaming mecca is designed for casual players and professionals alike, boasting a 200 seater esports arena, more than 160 Alienware PCs, VIP game booths, a board game area, function spaces, plus two restaurants and bars.

It’s free to get into the venue and there are heaps of guest accounts you can game on if you don’t have your own. They’ve got a wide range of games across different genres, so you can get stuck into Call of Duty, Fortnite, Dota 2, League of Legends and loads more.
