A whopping 12 stops across the country.
Snarling Aussie rockers The Beasts have dropped a huge list of tour dates to celebrate the first LP under their new name, Still Here. It’ll be the outfit’s second national tour this year.
The Beasts rose from the ashes of former outfit The Beasts of Bourbon following the passing of bassist Brian Hooper and guitarist Spencer P. Jones in 2018. Still Here certainly didn’t stray far from the classic Beasts of Bourbon sound, with a heavy Aussie rock undercurrent present throughout the tracks.
“I’d compare it, maybe not the sound, but the attitude … with when we started with The Axeman’s Jazz,” The Beasts’ Kim Salmon told Beat.
“There’s a real ad-hoc, try-anything-on, ‘whatever works’ attitude.”
The crew will be taking their foot-stomping rock along the east coast before stopping by Adelaide and Perth.
