Tame Impala have rescheduled their Australian tour for December

Great news.

Arguably the most anticipated tour of 2020 has a new arsenal of dates. The tour which was scheduled to go ahead across April has been interrupted by the COVID-19 crisis, something which has thrown the entire arts and music industry into a spin.

The tour comes in support of the band’s fourth studio album The Slow Rush which has earned acclaim across the world for its transcendence; Kevin Parker has gone from a cunning experimenter to a music mad scientist.

Kicking off at Auckland’s Spark Arena on Saturday December 5, the tour will continue through Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and conclude at Perth’s RAC Arena on Saturday December 19.

While the news is huge for Tame Impala fans, it’s been advised that Khruangbin won’t be able to make the rescheduled dates. A new support for the tour will be announced in the near future.

While ticketholders are encouraged to hold onto their tickets, with all tickets being valid for the corresponding rescheduled dates, those who are unable to attend the new shows will be entitled to a full refund from their authorised point of purchase.
