The iconic Sunset Sounds gig series has revealed its lineup for 2019, spotlighting an incredible array of acts throughout January.
The free lineup of concerts will be taking place in Malvern and Prahran during the first three weekends in January, playing host to a diverse number of up-and-coming Aussie faves.
After a whirlwind 2018, Melbourne-based singer-songwriter Thando will be heading to Sunset Sounds, no doubt for a night full of R&B groove. Thando has been hitting festival after festival this year, in addition to going on her own solo tour to celebrate the release of hit singles ‘Happy’ and ‘Numb’.
PBS DJs Lyndelle Wilkinson and Maddy Mac will be there to get the party started from 5pm each night before the headliners make an appearance. Wrapping up the gigs will be brassy seven-piece Horns of Leroy, bringing a little slice of New Orleans back to Melbourne.
