Bursting with camp and sass, this lot will have you in stitches.

Four international comedy stars and trailblazing queer voices from across Asia will take the stage for Spice Night, an out-and-proud night of sass, wit and spice.

Spanning from Mumbai to Manila, the all-star lineup features social media star Hirzi Zulkiflie, high camp queen Joanne Kam, podcaster and India’s only openly queer stand-up comedian Navin Noronha and up-and-coming talent Margot Tanjutco.

Each hailing from countries where homosexuality is, or very recently was, criminalised, this spread of performers wear their sexuality with pride. Bold, flamboyant and unapologetic, the Spice Night lineup marks the new wave of comedy.

Showcasing cutting edge comedy that will resonate regardless of sexuality or race, Spice Night is bringing progressive Asian voices to the stage for a must-see night of laughs.

Spice Night takes over The Comic’s Lounge, Melbourne on Thursday February 20. Find tickets and more info here
