Soon you’ll be able to get your mitts on an official ‘Friends’ cookbook

Words by Talia Rinaldo via Forte

Because let’s face it, we all secretly want to try Rachel’s beef trifle.

Celebrate your love for one of the most iconic television series of all time with the official Friends cookbook.

Set to be released this September, Friends: The Official Cookbook features more than fifty recipes inspired by the beloved hit sitcom, spanning appetizers to main courses and from drinks to desserts.

You’ll be able to try your hand at iconic treats such as Chandler’s Thanksgiving Grilled Cheese, Rachel’s Beef Trifle, Phoebe’s Grandmother’s Cookies, and of course, the Central Perk Chai Latte. We expect (hope) to also find the likes of Monica’s Friendsgiving Feast, Just for Joey Fries, Chandler’s ‘Milk You Can Chew’, and of course, Joey’s famous meatball sub.

Better still, there are recipes for chefs of all levels – whether you’re a seasoned chef like Monica Geller, just starting a catering business like Phoebe Buffay, or a regular old food enthusiast like Joey Tribbiani.

Seems like the perfect way to keep occupied while we wait patiently for The Friends reunion, who were set to reunite in front of a live audience on HBO Max, but the momentous event has been postponed due to COVID-19.

Published by Insight Editions, the 144-page book is ready to pre-order now in Australia via Booktopia where it’s listed for $52.25. The official release is on September 22.
