Slum Sociable and Fortunes are playing a space-themed party at the Museum

The Melbourne Museum’s after-dark live music series Nocturnal is back for another event, after enjoying huge success in their first installments. The theme for this one? Space, stars and the galaxy – all soundtracked by some truly cosmic grooves and beats.

This time around, a double-header lineup featuring two of Melbourne’s finest emerging electronic acts will be throwing down at the Museum.

Crowd favourites Fortunes will be doing their thing with an immersive show, while audiences will get to hear potent duo Slum Sociable ahead of their debut album being released.

Capping it off comes a set from Melbourne Deep Cast founder DJ Myles Mac.

As well as a plethora of good tunes, Nocturnal allows punters to explore the Museum after dark, turning the area into a lounge bar complete with festoon lighting, delicious eats, cocktails, and the main stage situated in front of the Forest Gallery.
