Asian culinary royalty Red Spice Road will be cooking up their signature dishes at the Night Noodle Markets for the first time since 2015.
Red Spice have been serving South East Asian cuisine in Melbourne for more than 10 years now. In addition to a traditionally Asian dining experience, the CBD restaurant showcases a range of gorgeous artworks and murals.
The Night Noodle markets menu was recently announced to hungry customers, and vendors started cooking delectable dishes for the masses yesterday. Red Spice Road will be satisfying marketgoers with their signature pork belly dish, which they are expecting to serve a whopping two tonnes of over the 18 day festival.
