The Conscious Closet is the retail social enterprise for not-for-profit organisation Fitted for Work. Located in the iconic Queen Victoria Women’s Centre on Lonsdale St in Melbourne’s CBD, The Conscious Closet is more than just your average op-shop, exclusively stocking women’s recycled fashion. Shopping at The Conscious Closet, you are likely to find incredible designer labels like Prada and Valentino as well as local designer favourites like Gorman, Obus and Scanlan & Theodore as well as great quality contemporary brands, vintage fashion, footwear and accessories.
Every sale made goes directly to supporting Fitted for Work programs and services that assist women in our community who are experiencing disadvantage to find and keep meaningful employment. The Conscious Closet in celebration of their first year of trade will be holding a mega sale in their newly refurbished store and surrounds on Friday June 16 and Saturday June 17 offering a minimum of 50 percent off all stock with many more special sale bargains that are soon to be announced.
