Northeast Party House are playing a show in a bowling alley of all places

Boogie while you bowl.

Aussie dance outfit Northeast Party House are heading to Strike Bowling to literally perform on the bowling lanes.

As part of Strike’s Live on the Lane gig series, the Melbourne-based sextet will perform on top of a custom-built stage over the lanes. Previous acts who have performed at Live on the Lanes include Confidence Man, Alison Wonderland and Bag Raiders. Northeast Party House just wrapped up a national tour in addition to releasing a new single, ‘Magnify’.

“We’ve played in an underground train station, frozen ourselves performing amongst the snow, but a bowling alley will definitely be a Northeast Party House first,” the band said.

In addition to the killer live tunes, punters will be able to bowl on lanes either side of the stage and feast on the free food and drinks available throughout the night.

Northeast Party House are playing at Strike QV on Thursday November 21. Doors open at 7pm. To win tickets, head to Strike’s website.
