Who among us hasn’t had milk dropped on them from above?

Melbourne indie rockers Mylk have shared a triple-decker of an announcement: a brand new single, music video and gig.

The new single, ‘Not My Fault’, is a catchy tune with a driving bassline and simple melody. Mylk lead vocalist Nathaniel Peacock said the single’s chorus and lyrics are meant to get stuck in your head.

The lyrical content of the song is not meant to be taken super seriously at all, with the track aiming to be fun and catchy, and something to make people move,” he said.

The lighthearted music video depicts the outfit faced with a handful of predicaments. Set within your standard sharehouse, the band members find themselves being knocked over, covered in milk, having their cars dented and other conundrums. Mylk will be celebrating the launch of their new track and clip later this month in Melbourne.

Mylk are launching ‘Not My Fault’ at the Grace Darling Hotel on Friday August 23. Tickets available on the door. For more info, head to the Facebook event.
