Liam Gallagher announces huge Aussie tour

Liam Gallagher

By now, you should’ve somehow realised what you gotta do.

Oasis co-frontman and rock trailblazer Liam Gallagher has dropped dates for a massive national tour, ahead of the unveiling of his second studio album.

It’s hard to think after contributing to some of the 20th century’s most momentous hits, Gallagher only released his debut solo album, As You Were, in 2017. But by the time he makes his way to Aussie shores, his second record, Why Me? Why Not., would’ve hit playlists worldwide. Punters will be treated to tracks from Gallagher’s back catalogue alongside newer pieces.

Gallagher has been locked in for the Meredith and Fairgrounds Festival lineups, both taking place during November/December, so a couple of extra stops seems like a no-brainer. He’ll be supported by Scottish singer-songwriter Gerry Cinnamon in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

Check out Liam Gallagher’s tour dates below:

Friday December 6 — Fortitude Music Hall, Brisbane QLD

Saturday December 7 — Fairgrounds Festival, Berry NSW

Monday December 9 — Enmore Theatre, Sydney NSW

Wednesday December 11 — Margaret Court Arena, Melbourne VIC

Saturday December 14 — Bird In Hand, Adelaide SA

Tuesday December 17 — Fremantle Arts Centre, Fremantle WA

Pre-sale tickets for Liam Gallagher’s national tour commence Wednesday September 4 and general sale kicks off Thursday September 5 via Secret Sounds.
