King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard are just full of surprises. In addition to announcing their second album for the year just last week, the Melbourne outfit have also revealed they’re playing a gig at Brunswick’s Howler tonight (Wednesday June 26).
Doors for the show open at 8pm and the shenanigans will kick off at 8.30pm. With a new record on the way, here’s hoping some fresh new tracks are on the setlist. If you aren’t able to make the Howler gig, there’s still a chance to catch them on their national tour starting tomorrow.
In other King Gizz news, their music video for ‘Organ Farmer’ just dropped. Here’s something that won’t come as a surprise: it’s a bit of a weird one.
King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard’s new album, Infest the Rats’ Nest, is available to preorder from Tuesday June 25 via Flightless Records. King Gizz kick off their national tour on Thursday June 27 at Melbourne’s Forum Theatre. Tickets via the band’s website.
