The heavy metal stalwarts last visited Australia in 2016.
UK legends Iron Maiden have teased an Australian tour in a fairly tongue-in-cheek video uploaded to YouTube.
In the short clip, an off-camera reporter asks members of the band where they’re travelling next. While none of them seem to give a clear answer, the Australian flag on the equipment, the budgie smugglers on the band’s checklist and guitar technician Colin Price playing ‘Waltzing Matilda’ is a bit of a no-brainer.
Iron Maiden’s tour dates will be revealed Thursday November 7. Funnily enough, that happens to be one day after Download Festival is expected to announce its lineup.
