Hockey Dad announce Australian tour

It’s going to be a massive year for Hockey Dad.

Fresh off the back of releasing new single ‘Itch’ and announcing their forthcoming album Brain Candy, Hockey Dad have revealed plans to head on a national tour in June.

Marking their biggest year of touring yet, 2020 will see the Windang duo hit stages in the UK, Europe, America and, now, Australia.

Having already played Laneway Festival across a bunch of states, placing in this year’s Hottest 100 with ‘I Missed Out’ just weeks after releasing the track and raising a whopping $150,000 for South Coast Bushfire Relief with their bushfire benefit, Hockey Dad could put their feet up now and still say they’ve given 2020 a solid go. Instead, it seems they’re only getting started.

They’ll make their way to Adelaide, Fremantle, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney for their freshly-announced Australian tour, which is set to kick off just after Brain Candy drops.

Check out Hockey Dad’s Australian tour dates below.

Thebarton Theatre, Adelaide – Thursday June 4

Metropolis, Fremantle – Friday June 5

The Forum, Melbourne – Saturday June 6

Fortitude Music Hall, Brisbane – Friday June 12

Big Top Luna Park, Sydney – Saturday June 13

Brain Candy is out on May 29. Tickets for Hockey Dad’s upcoming tour are on sale on Thursday March 5.
