Following the tragic rape and murder of Melbourne comedian Eurydice Dixon last month, Fitzroy venue George’s Bar will be paying tribute to the late comedian with a charity night of comedy.
Comedians Nicky Barry, Luka Muller, Urvi Majumdar, Thoma McMahon and more acts yet to be announced will pay homage to Dixon with performances on the evening. In addition to heartfelt comedy tributes, the evening will also feature a charity auction to raise funds for The Welcome Group, an organisation offering support for refugees and one of Dixon’s favourite charities.
Donations can also be made on the night for those not taking part in the auction.
