Setting a new standard of entertainment in the ‘burbs.
Since opening in 2014, Empire Club has become the premium entertainment venue in Melbourne’s south-east. Featuring state of the art sound and lighting over four rooms, this Narre Warren powerhouse has set a new standard for live entertainment in the ‘burbs, hosting an impressive list of international and interstate acts.
Situated just 30 minutes from the CBD and located with easy access to major roads and arterials, Empire has established itself as a central hub for party-goers and music enthusiasts from Gippsland, Peninsula, Casey and surrounding areas. With a community-centred approach, regularly raising money for charity and sponsoring local sporting clubs, it’s safe to see why the ‘local for locals’ is home to one of Victoria’s most successful weekly events of the past decade.
Opening its doors every weekend, Empire Saturdays plays host to the country’s top DJs and live artists, week in, week out. Each individual room encompasses its own touch of originality, in theme and in music, and is regularly updated to maintain Empire’s fresh and current feel. R&B at Empire (open every Friday), one of Melbourne’s most recognised and iconic R&B brands, has welcomed an impressive list of international acts, notably Sean Kingston, Eve, Kid Ink, Chingy, Bow Wow, Omarion, and Mario.
In recent years, Empire’s large main room has expanded its music offering, welcoming alt-rock outfit The Getaway Plan, hardcore band Dream on Dreamer, indie duo The Pierce Brothers’ and Daryl Braithwaite, to name a few. Empire Club hosts a VIP function room and nine booths available for hire, the perfect opportunity to see your favourite band, artist, or to simply have a great night out with friends.
Take one glimpse into this entertainment hub and you’ll see how this originally run-down pool hall has undergone a transformation that must be seen to be believed.
