Carly Rae Jepsen adds second Melbourne show due to overwhelming demand

Carly Rae Jepsen

Jepsen’s 'The So Nice' Tour will now take in back-to-back nights at Melbourne’s Forum on Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 March.

Grammy, Juno and Polaris Prize-nominated singer-songwriter Carly Rae Jepsen announces she will play a second Melbourne date on her hugely anticipated March 2023 headline tour. She is playing headline East Coast dates across March 2023, alongside her appearance at Golden Plains Festival in regional Victoria.

Carly Rae Jepsen The So Nice Australian Tour 2023

  • March 7 – Enmore Theatre, Sydney
  • March 9 – The Tivoli, Brisbane
  • March 13 – Forum, Melbourne (sold out)
  • March 14 – Forum, Melbourne, new show!

Her most introspective body of work to date, The Loneliest Time expands on the emotionally potent song writing and effervescent sound that Jepsen has showcased on past work like 2015’s critically lauded and culture-shaping E*MO*TION.

A major creative milestone for Jepsen, E*MO*TION inspired in-depth analysis from cultural critics and landed on multiple year-end Best Of lists from the likes of Pitchfork, Stereogum, Noisey, NPR, and many more. Released in 2019, her follow-up album Dedicated covered even more musical ground. The Atlantic called the album ‘brilliant’ with its ’godlike bops’. She returned the following May with a gift for her fans: Dedicated Side B, a buoyant set of dance-floor tunes that affirmed her status as pop’s undefeatable ambassador of love.

Come and revel in the pure, feel-good joy of Carly Rae Jepsen, when she returns to Australia in March 2023.

General public tickets go on sale Monday 31 October (11am local time) with Frontier Members pre-sale from Thursday 27 October (11am local time). Find out more here.
