Brewers Feast is bringing over 90 craft brews to Abbotsford next month

We’ll drink to that.

Dedicated to exploring the diverse range of flavours and styles of Australian craft beers, Melbourne’s favourite beer bash returns to Abbotsford Convent for its fourth year this February.

Boasting a lineup of over 90 craft beers from big-name breweries, as well as exclusive brews, wine, cider and gin from a curated selection of independent brands, the 2020 instalment of Brewers Feast is set to be an unmissable weekend.

Pouring across the two-day festival, you’ll find drops from Urban Alley Brewery, Stone & Wood, Brick Lane Brewing, Braeside Brewery, BoJak Brewing, Future Mountain Brewing, Bodriggy, and loads more.

From hop-loaded IPAs to smooth stouts and fruity ales, there’s something for everyone. And for those feeling a little adventurous, there will be over 25 exclusive Bintani Festival Beers on tap, too, including Wrongside Brewing’s Chipotle Rauchbier with smoky Tabasco flavours and Braeside Brewing’s Banana Split, served with whipped cream to complement the hints of chocolate and banana.

Ensuring no beer-enthusiasts are drinking on an empty stomach, the food offering is just as tantalising as the bar menu, featuring Twisted Mac’s mac n’ cheese, 18 hour slow-cooked brisket from Bigger Than Texas BBQ, woodfired pizzas from Happy Camper Pizza, and loads more.

Make the most of the incredible flavours on offer with a Beer and Food Pairing ticket, offering a paired dish and drink as well as discounted beer tickets and a beer glass to take home.

Those not partial to beer won’t be left out, either, with organic wines from Ranahan’s Winery, ciders from Harcourts, Ten Sixty One, Cheeky Rascal and Napoleone and gin from Here’s Looking At You Kid all on the menu.

The gin connoisseurs at Here’s Looking At You Kid will also launch their special Abbotsford Convent-inspired gin, created using botanicals sourced from the convent garden. Plus, they’ll be hosting classes where you can distil and take home your own creation.

This year’s Brewers Feast will also feature cheese and craft beer tastings, a battle of the beers, live music from Velvet Archers, Polly and the Pockets, Kilns, and so much more.

Brewers Feast is happening at Abbotsford Convent on Saturday February 1 and Sunday February 2. For tickets and more information, head over to the Brewers Feast website
