Aussie rock guns ARC are blaring into Melbourne Public next weekend

ARC are gearing up to add some bang to your long weekend.

ARC, or Australian Rock Collective, are just that – an assemblage of some of the genre’s biggest names. Led by Spiderbait’s Kram, the four-piece sees Jet’s Mark Wilson, Powderfinger’s Darren Middleton, and You Am I’s Davey Lane joining forces to create a behemoth of Australian rock music.

With 33 ARIA awards and 16 top-ten albums between them, ARC have well and truly earnt their title of ‘supergroup’. Their catalogue draws from a decade-spanning range of hits from Australia and New Zealand, making for a double hit of nostalgia.

Having announced their official formation just last year, ARC are gearing up for a huge 2020, including a freshly announced set at Melbourne Public over the long weekend. Nestled on the Yarra’s edge amongst the restored heritage cargo sheds, MP serves as a prime location for ARC’s blistering rock’n’roll.

Between traversing the globe across their respective careers and making an explosive debut at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil as ARC, the band are no strangers to the stage. Their collective years of live performances and chemistry as a unit will be on full display in this unmissable event.

It’s happening on Sunday January 26 at Melbourne Public, 11 Dukes Walk, South Warf. Grab your tickets here
