The perfect weekend getaway.
Kyneton Music Festival is shaping up to be the perfect excuse to get out of the city for the weekend, with its lineup filled to the brim with pop, rock, soul and folk tunes.
This year’s picturesque festival will welcome the likes of homegrown singer-songwriter Ali Barter, indie outfit Jade Imagine, surf rockers Hobsons Bay Coast Guard and more to the stage. As if that’s not enough, nearby music venue Major Tom’s will also be hosting a bunch of local and national artists throughout the day.
The festival itself takes place in the heart of Kyneton, with St Paul’s Park on Piper Street hosting the main stage. In addition to the local food joints found down Piper Street, food trucks will be on deck to dish out the goods.
