Alanis Morissette joins the Bluesfest 2020 lineup

25 years on from the release of her seminal album Jagged Little Pill, ’90s icon Alanis Morissette will perform the record live in its entirety at Bluesfest.

Joining an already stacked 2020 lineup, including the likes of Patti Smith and Her Band, Dave Matthews Band, Lenny Kravitz, Kool & The Gang, and loads more, Alanis Morissette has been revealed for this year’s Bluesfest.

After making her debut with Jagged Little Pill in 1995, Morissette’s name was soon on everyone’s lips. Following her acclaimed first album, the seven-time Grammy award-winning singer/songwriter has gone on to release another nine albums across a fruitful career.

Headed to Bluesfest this Easter to perform the classic album in celebration of its 25th anniversary, you can expect Morissette to bust out favourites including ‘You Oughta Know’, ‘Perfect’ and ‘Ironic’.

The festival’s fourth lineup announcement also includes singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Tori Kelly, set to fit right in at the festival with her R&B-infused sound and commanding stage presence.

Bluesfest 2020 is happening at Tyagarah Tea Tree Farm, New South Wales from Thursday April 9 until Monday April 13. For tickets, the full program and more information, visit the Bluesfest website
