Located in the heart of the bustling QV precinct, Three Degrees Bar Brewery Brasserie offers a contemporary mix of pub, bar and cafe. Opening out onto the main square, the entrance is a popular meeting spot and a hub for the after-work crowd during the week. Make your way inside and you'll find a two-level venue with a bright, modern fit-out. The centrepiece of all this is Chandelier Bar. Offering a good selection of tap beers (Bohemian Pilsner, Redback, Beez Neez, Rooftop Red and more) alongside the house brew (Three Clear Lager), the bar sits in the centre of the room, surrounded on all sides by professionals in various states of unwinding. If beer isn't your scene Three Degrees also offers a full cocktail menu, extensive wine list and a good selection of spirits. That said, this is a beer bar/brewery at heart and that aspect tends to take up most of the bar staff's attention. Meanwhile, if you're looking for something to soak up the booze they offer a tapas menu alongside modern Australian cuisine. The Geoff Jansz endorsed wagyu steak is a popular option, but those on a budget can always go for the wedges. With a function space upstairs, central location and bustling atmosphere, Three Degrees is a regular haunt for thirsty inner city professionals.
