A world of experience meets quality ingredients and service at this swish bar. From the same team behind the highly successful Match bars in London and Ibiza, Melbourne's own slice of Euro fusion has arrived. With a specially designed cocktail menu, reto-pop decor, seasonal menu and one of the best outdoor patios in the city, chances are you'll be dropping in quite soon.
The cocktail list is crafted from originals and house specialities, designed by two of the world's leading mixologists: Kevin Armstrong and Dale deGroff (who makes cosmopolitans for the Sex & The City girls). While every drink on the list is as tempting as a deal with the Devil, you'll probably find a favourite and stick to it. Try The Perfect Werthmann (Hendrick's gin, fresh lime and Velvet Falernum syrup) for a sweet by dry treat. The wine list, chosen by Matt Skinner, covers a range of grape varieties and regions, with all wines available by the taste, half glass, glass or bottle, thanks to the hermetically sealed dispenser. There's nothing like a 30ml taste of Grange to have you feeling like a fat cat.
While you may drop in for the cocktails, or to grab a booth outside with your mates for a catch-up session, you won't be able to look past the grill. The baked scallops with jamon, chilli and white wine will thrill your soul, but the linguine with crab, parsley and chilli is so simple and fresh-flavoured, you'll think they have a crab farm on the premises. A true experience for those after good booze and simple flavours, in a non-pretentious setting.

Catering: Choose from the bar menu or canape packages charged per head and per hour. 2 hours is $33.50 per person, 3 hours is $43.50 per person, 4 hours is $55.50 per person.
Music Options: DJs play Friday and Saturday nights from 9pm to 3am.

Extra Notes: Minimum spend varies and can be up to $20,000 for the entire venue on a weekend.
