Catering: There are finger food platters available from $60-80 each.
Music Options: You may BYO mp3 player, laptop or DJ - DJ equipment hire is $100. Imperial's in-house DJ is available for $400-500 for 5 hours or utilise the venues extensive Nightlife system. Karaoke and Jukebox hire is also available for $350.
Presentations: The venue has a projector screen which can be used via DVD or laptop and a microphone, $30 to hire seperately or $50 together. Other equipment is available on request.
Extra Notes: Imperial is currently undergoing major refurbishment and both rooms will be brand new as of June 2010. A $500 deposit is required to secure the booking. There is a minimum spend of $1500-2500 on weekends.
