BE CAUTIOUS WITH THESE GUYS!!
I was visiting Melbourne for the weekend and saw their show Dark Night of Desire advertised on their website and many other Melbourne Tourism sites.

It was advertised as on "every Saturday night" and I was very eager to go. To avoid missing out on a ticket I prebooked mine online.

I got an email confirming the date and time, however when I showed up that night the venue was locked up tight and all the lights were off. I was very confused and doubled checked my emails, their website and facebook page - there was no post of any cancelled performance and the event was still listed as every Saturday.

While I was trying to figure out what was going on, more people turned up to see the show. They were equally bewildered and frustrated as to what was going on.
We all ended up just having to go home.

The next day I emailed them about what had happened, and they simply said that they had decided to take the week off for rehearsals and ignored multiple requests for a refund of my money.

Overall a very annoying experience. They refused to see fault in the fact that they put misleading information on their site, sold a ticket to a show that was not on, confirmed the booking, then provided no notification of it being cancelled and won't refund my money.

Definitely be careful booking with these guys.
