Situated just off the main beat on Green Street, Windsor's iconic Back Bar combines subtlety and eclecticism to create a weeknight beacon of warmth and class for locals its unassuming vibe and roaring fireplace.

Come the weekend, this chilled weeknight vibe comes alive as Back Bar's newly added Gold Lounge upstairs opens its doors to the weekend crowds, playing regular host to DJs spinning funky house until the wee hours. Providing dual rooms, both dripping of ostentatious opulence, makes Back Bar the perfect location for those lusher than lush parties or functions. Both areas ooze style; a superior aesthetic sheen that is achieved through European decadence-cum-Bauhaus modernism.

This style is perpetuated by one of the most thorough cocktail lists in Melbourne. They have a list of over 60 cocktails plus specials each month - like the Granny Smith: this delicious concoction combines Żubrowka, apple Schnapps and gingerbread syrup. Back Bar is also the home of notorious happy hours, featuring a an epic 5pm-10pm session every Sunday.
