Wooly Bully Needs Your Help

One of the freshest additions to North Melbourne's thriving Errol St district is after your support, with record/comic store/cafe Wooly Bully facing a challenge to a Change Of Use permit application.

Wooly Bully has quickly been established as a favourite hangout for those after LPs, comics, coffee and bagels.

As well as serving up quality goods, Wooly Bully has featured a number of instore performances from acts such as Super Wild Horses.

The business issued the following statement late this afternoon:

WOOLY BULLY NEEDS YOUR HELP

If anyone in Melbourne - especially those whose postal address is in the City of Melbourne council area, but anything helps - is able to write an email of support to the council for Wooly Bully's permit application we'd very much appreciate it. Our neighbour is going mental and mobilising the troops.

It doesn't need to be detailed, just include your postal address and say you like us and want our business/cafe/small business in general/North Melbourne/the comics and record community to thrive.

The address is planning@melbourne.vic.gov.au.
Submissions need to be in before this Thursday (22nd Dec). The application number is TP-2011-989 and it's for Change of Use (to cafe/restaurant and serving liquor) for 104b Errol St, North Melbourne.

Support your ace local businesses and get emailing, pronto!
