Slum Sociable announce 2018 east coast tour, release new single

Fresh from SXSW.

Fresh from a run of shows in New Zealand and at SXSW, Slum Sociable have revealed their new track ‘Do Something About It’ to coincide with a run of east coast shows.

‘Do Something About It’ unveils a different side to Slum Sociable’s blend of lo-fi, jazz and hip hop. It leans toward a minimal, pop-focused sound that is another welcomed progression in songwriting and production from the acclaimed artists.

“'Do Something About It' was written from the perspective of a feeling, of when time stands still and your stomach drops, when you don’t know how to cope in a split second scenario, while still prompting you to act,” said the duo.

‘Do Something About It’ is the first of two stunning new songs Slum Sociable will release in the lead up to their upcoming tour.
