Pallbearer unveil 2017 Australian tour in support of 'Heartless'

As Pallbearer continue their worldwide domination in the wake of their third album, they'll be stepping Down Under for a special run of shows.

Slinging their serpentine brand of doom metal, Pallbearer don't know when to stop with every album and every live performance accelerating their acclaim. Fusing a complex mixture of roots sunken in classic prog and '90s alt rock, the four-piece have drawn comparisons to Pentagram, Saint Vitus and Black Sabbath.

From the outset, Heartless strikes you with its immediate, grounded lyrics which, according to vocalist/guitarist Brett Campbell and bassist/secondary vocalist Joseph D Roland is just a representation of the grim reality striking us today. "Our lives, our homes and our world are all plumbing in the depths of utter darkness, as we seek to find any shred of hope we can”.

Pallbearer unleash on the Northcote Social Club on Friday July 7. Tickets via Life Is Noise.
