MONA FOMA will refund punters if they don't absolutely bloody love it

Along with locking in dates for their Launceston event.

Mona Foma is back for another year, gearing up for its new home in Launceston. But even though the lineup hasn't dropped yet, David Walsh himself is so confident punters will love it, he's personally offering a money-back guarantee.

Here's the deal, exclusively for southern Tasmanians willing to take a punt on a discounted In God We Trust three-day festival ticket, despite knowing who is playing. And if they absolutely bloody hate it, Walsh will personally refund them. Here are the stipulations, for any would-be disgruntled festivalgoer.

  • Wait 40 days and 40 nights after Mona Foma 2019 to consider their decision
  • Hand write a letter expressing why they hated the festival
  • Personally deliver their letter to a complaints box located 150m offshore from Mona on a floating pontoon

However, if prior festivals are anything to go by -- we reckon there won't be a single refund going out.

Mona Foma will run from January 18 - January 20 throughout Launceston, Tasmania.
