Ministry of Sound are bringing classic dance tracks with a live orchestra to Melbourne

Ever wondered what 25 years of classic dance tracks mixed with a symphony orchestra would sound like? Thanks to Ministry of Sound, you can find out when they present Orchestrated in Melbourne this August.

Hear dancefloor anthems like never before when the 50-piece Ministry of Sound Orchestra teams up with Australia's own DJ Groove Terminator to recreate the best of electronica from the past two decades.
Orchestrated will feature guest vocalists Daniel Merriweather and Owl Eyes to perform classic hits from artists including Fatboy Slim, Bag Raiders, Shapeshifters and Massive Attack.
"After working in clubs and events for 25 years, the chance to take these much loved records onto a big stage in this exciting new format with a full orchestra is a brand new chapter in the ever evolving story of the Ministry Of Sound brand," said Tim McGee, CEO of Ministry of Sound Events Australia.

Get your nostalgia fix at Orchestrated on Friday August 11 at Hamer Hall. Tickets via Ticketmaster.
