Alt-country mainstay Justin Townes Earle is continuing his touring love affair with Australia, announcing an intimate headline show at the Melbourne Recital Centre.

Justin, the son of country icon Steve Earle, will be playing an array of fan favourites, coupled with songs from his latest album, Kids in the Street.

To top it off Justin will be supported by fellow Nashville countryman Joshua Headley, who has played with the likes of Jack White and Dan Auerbach to name a few.

The Melbourne show comes off the back of the announcement of a headlining festival slot at Out on the Weekend.

Justin Townes Earle will be playing at the Melbourne Recital Centre on Monday October 16, tickets go on sale Monday August 21.
