The Dresden Dolls Announce Melbourne Show

It's no secret that Dresden Dolls leading lady Amanda Palmer is a fan of Australia, having performed countless tours as a solo artist. But it's been quite the while since partner in crime Brian Viglione has made it over. That's set to be rectified with The Dresden Dolls announcing their long-awaited return to Melbourne.

The outfit's renowned caberet styling translates perfectly into their live show, becoming something of an old-style all-out debaucherous romp.

 

The band have established themselves as the pin-up champions of the punk caberet scene, winning a massively devout following in the process.

The Dresden Dolls perform at The Forum on Sunday January 8.
