Apparently this track rips off Arcade Fire, but I really can't be arsed listening to it to compare.
It does, but apparently not in a sue-able way. Someone told me only the melody of a song is protected by copyright, not cord progressions or arrangements. Somebody who is neither a lawyer nor generally accurate about anything.
