BRIGGS, A.B. Original, Bart Willoughby and more to play free Melbourne festival

A selection of first-rate acts are coming together as part of Yirramboi First Nations Arts Festival. 

Barring Yanabul (we all walk the path) will feature a day's worth of interactive culture and music as First Nations artists fill the streets, laneways and hidden spaces of Melbourne. 
Some of the numerous acts involve include Yorta Yorta rapper Briggs, Bart Willoughby, Bad Apples Music Travelling Showcase (Nooky, Philly and Birdz and Trials), Lee Morgan, Glenn Skuthorpe, Blak Drag Queens, Koorie Tiddas Youth Choir, soprano Maurial Spearim, actor, poet and singer/songwriter Monica Karo, story teller Brett Lee, The Blakwriters Group, artist  Glenda Nicholls, writer Timmah Ball with Indian dancer Raina Peterson, dancer and choreographer Carly Sheppard and New Zealand's White Face Crew with their special brand of physical comedy, interactive fun and roving tomfoolery.

The free event is going down on Saturday May 13 from 10am to dusk throughout the inner city. More details here
